Senior Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) – London
A well-regarded commercial law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its London office, supporting a busy and expanding practice.
This role offers a blend of work acting for employees and employers, including high profile corporate clients, combined with corporate support work.

The Role

• Lead on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Act as a key adviser on employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior lawyers
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a lean team

About You

• UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
• Strong technical employment law expertise across a broad range of matters
• Confident managing workload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
