The IEP is the membership body for employability professionals. We are dedicated to supporting the people who support others gain work, progress in work and retain work. 

Our purpose is to empower individuals to perform to a professional standard, champion employability as a recognised profession, secure employer recognition and create a network of opportunity. We are committed to building a programme for the future that provides great value for our individual Members and Corporate Affiliate Partners, collaborating with people and organisations to create and deliver quality content and information, learning opportunities, peer connections and support that enhances individual performance for sector professionals operating in a variety of different practitioner environments.
