Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Employment Solicitor to join their team in Lancashire.

Position: Employment Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: Lancashire (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Manage a varied caseload covering employment matters, providing a high-quality service to clients.
• Delegate work to appropriate junior members of staff, providing supervision to them.
• Analyse cases and guidance provided to clients, where appropriate, to spot improvements for future matters.
• Support business development.
• Draft and review contracts and handbooks.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified Solicitor in the UK with 4-10 years' PQE.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Law matters.
• Previous experience of advising owners, senior managers and HR teams.
• Client focussed.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
