- Employment Partner ( Non-Contentious)- Mid-Market City law firm
Description
Job Title: Employment Partner ( Non-Contentious)- Mid-Market City law firm
Salary: £220,000-£400,000
PQE Level: partner
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable mid-market City law firm is strategically looking to recruit an existing partner into their highly ranked employment team.
This hire is part of a wider firm investment into further developing their reputation in this space where they deal with a wide range of large employers.
The role is purely non-contentious and primarily focused on transactional support.
As an existing partner hire, a client following is required, however, because due to the strategic rationale for the hire, this is not purely a 'book of business' hire.
Key selling points:
- Strategic hire within a growing team and firm
- Opportunity to leverage their existing contacts and relationships
- Collaborative culture with a lack of 'sharp elbows'
The successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor who will be an existing employment partner specialising in non-contentious transactional support work and will be operating within a leading City or national firm.
