About the Role
- Role: Employment Lawyer
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Location: Ellesmere Port, hybrid working - H/O in Nottingham so willingness to visit on occasion
- Working Pattern: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote, with flexible working arrangements available
- Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, performance related bonus, hybrid and flexible working options, growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters.
- Manage a varied caseload within either advisory, litigation, or key account-focused teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across legal and wider business teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-referral and additional services where appropriate.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law.
- Strong technical knowledge across contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Positive, proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high standards of service.
