This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing Big Four employment team of c 20 people, with an evolving offering across workforce transformation, investigations and employee relations, fair pay and global compliance.

The team works on heavily advisory matters for large and often multinational clients, supporting employment law risk assessment, organizational change, compliance implementation and employee relations projects.

This role will suit lawyers who are attracted by a multidisciplinary environment and interested in the intersection of employment, business change, data and technology.

Fair Pay Specialist

A rare gift to work with a partner with a leading reputation and renowned specialty in this area. This is a clear area of investment for the team.

They are looking for a lawyer, ideally with experience in minimum wage, holiday pay and equal pay. Pay transparency experience helpful though not essential.

The team often works on cross-functional projects involving payroll, reward, audit and data specialists.

The role will allow you to move beyond advisory and work closely with clients on the real-world application and implementation of fair pay advice.
