- Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent
Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent - new opportunity with a highly successful, independently owned Quantity Surveying firm based in the West Midlands
We have an exciting new opportunity with a highly successful independent construction consultancy based in offices in the Birmingham / black country area. This is a small firm, but they certainly punch above their weight and have an outstanding client base which includes developers, investment firms and asset management firms, end users and others. Many of these are very long standing relationships and the firm also continues to grow and win new business.
We are now looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic, experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client works mostly within commercial and industrial sectors, primarily delivering design & build new build projects for a range of developers. We would be keen to talk to any candidates with good understanding of the whole project process having gained at least 3-4 years industry experience, ideally with experience in the Employer's Agent role. We're looking for a candidate who is keen to gain more project experience and responsibility. We are also very interested in your focus on service delivery and good client facing skills as this role will from the outset be very outwards facing.
This is a very sociable team with a demanding client base so this role would suit an outgoing and confident individual who enjoys a lively working environment and wants good client exposure from an early stage. This is a niche business, but a very successful one, and offers an outstanding career move to the right individual with the right experience, talent and drive to succeed.
