Description
We are working with a well-established professional services organisation seeking a Senior Employment Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to move into a strategic role providing technical and knowledge support within a highly regarded employment and HR advisory environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring legal developments, maintaining high-quality legal resources, and delivering training to legal and HR professionals. This position is ideal for a solicitor with strong employment law expertise who enjoys knowledge sharing, technical research, and supporting colleagues across a collaborative professional services setting. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse developments in UK employment law and provide updates to the wider team Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, guidance notes, and internal knowledge resources Deliver training sessions and workshops on employment law developments and best practice Provide technical support and guidance on complex employment law queries Assist with the creation of client-facing content such as legal updates, briefings, and thought leadership pieces Contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge management systems and processes Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality employment law guidance About You Qualified Solicitor with 5 years' PQE Strong background in UK employment law Experience in a knowledge, PSL, or technical advisory role would be beneficial but is not essential Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Enjoys knowledge sharing and supporting colleagues in a collaborative environment What's on Offer Opportunity to join a highly regarded professional services environment Strategic and intellectually engaging senior PSL role Competitive salary of £65,000-£80,000 depending on experience Supportive and collaborative culture Remote or hybrid working options available Opportunity to play a key role in shaping employment law knowledge and best practice If you are an experienced Employment Solicitor interested in moving into a senior PSL role, please contact Faith Kelly for a confidential discussion.
