Description
- Policy Research and Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth research on overseas employment policies and ensure compliance, assisting overseas entities/businesses in devising localised employment strategies and implementing systematic, compliant workforce management practices.
- HR Consultancy and Communication Support: Provide daily consultancy to HRGs on employee relations matters, offering solutions and facilitating communications to address various issues effectively.
- Implementation of HR Compliance Audits: Lead HR compliance audits, promptly identifying potential risk points in employment practices. Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes.
- Knowledge Sharing and Policy Adaptation: Document best practices and closely monitor developments in employee relations regulations within designated regions, ensuring organizational policies align with local requirements.
- Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Establish global emergency response systems and procedures, manage crisis incidents, and follow up on risk events to optimize and improve response mechanisms and processes.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. Clear thinking with strong logic, capable of independently resolving complex problems, self-driven, and resilient under pressure. Able to facilitate efficient collaboration across teams.
- Results-Oriented and Continuous Learning: Strong focus on outcomes and a keen willingness to learn, able to analyse deeply, swiftly identify risks in varying scenarios, and develop systems and processes accordingly.
- Expertise in Employee Relations: Comprehensive professional knowledge and hands-on experience in employee relations management. Prior experience supporting international markets is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills and PR Awareness: Possessing charisma, public relations acumen, and a strong sense of crisis event risk management. Prior experience in communication strategies and brand establishment is advantageous.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required as the role will need to work with relevant parties and stakeholders in HQ China.
