My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to a wide range of businesses and individuals. Their Employment team advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and is known for delivering practical solutions to complex workplace issues. Due to increased workload, they are now seeking an experienced Locum Employment Solicitor (£50-70 per hour) to support the team.

Job Title: Locum Employment Solicitor (£50-£70 per hour)
Location: Remote (adhoc travel may be required)
Contract Type: Full-time or part-time for the right candidate
Contract Length: 3 - 6 months (high chance of this being ongoing)

What you'll be doing:
* Advising clients on a broad range of day-to-day HR and employment law matters.
* Drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff handbooks.
* Handling and advising on settlement agreements, redundancy matters, and Employment Tribunal claims.
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including TUPE and due diligence.
* Undertaking advocacy in tribunal, chambers, or court settings where appropriate.
* Delivering client training sessions and assisting with presentations.
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives for the employment team where required.
* Working across both claimant and respondent employment matters.
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
