- L500 Firm Employment Solicitor - 3-5 year PQE
Description
This regional law firm recognised by the Legal 500 and known for a reputation of excellence- including high level employee satisfaction - are looking to expand their award-winning employment team. In this position, you will work collaboratively and closely with partners from multiple offices, whilst having a flexible hybrid structure working in the Birmingham office, and be able to utilise the firms strong foundations across the West Midlands when it comes to clients from day one.
Caseload includes but is not limited to advising employer and employees on a broad spectrum of employment matters. Strong drafting, reviewing and legal research skills are essential to this role as well as being confident negotiating/drafting settlement agreements. There is also opportunity to professional develop and take onboard mentoring/supporting more junior team members so any experience already doing this is advantageous. Progression and welfare are taken seriously within this firm so you will be a part of a team looking to grow and be able to offer the support for you to develop professionally.
