Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) - Legal 500 firm - Buckinghamshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in Buckinghamshire, known for its strong employment practice and high-quality client base
This role offers the chance to work on a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive and progressive team, with clear scope for career development
The Role:
You will advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Day-to-day employment advisory work
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Redundancies, restructures, and TUPE
- Settlement agreements
You will have direct client contact and the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers on more complex or strategic matters
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2+ years' PQE in employment law
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters preferred
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills
- Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
