Employment Solicitor/Associate – Essex | Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing legal 500 regional law firm with a strong reputation across Essex and East Anglia.
The firm is well known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and strong client relationships, acting for a broad range of businesses and individuals. Due to continued growth, the team is now looking to appoint an additional Solicitor to support its expanding employment practice.

The Role
You will join an established and supportive team, advising on a broad mix of employment matters including:
- Employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Redundancy and restructuring advice
- Settlement agreements
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work
The role offers a balanced caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment work, with the opportunity to build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
About You:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in employment law, ideally gained within a private practice environment.
You will ideally:
- Have experience advising on a range of employment law matters
- Be confident managing your own caseload
- Enjoy building relationships with clients
