Employment Solicitor – International Law Firm – London
A top-tier international firm is looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing London team. If you want high-quality work, direct client exposure and a genuinely supportive environment, this role is the next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with major UK and global employers across sectors such as transport, insurance, government, healthcare and professional services.
The work is varied and intellectually engaging, including:
• Running Employment Tribunal matters, drafting pleadings and preparing cases for hearing
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex advisory issues including discrimination, TUPE, reorganisations and employee relations
• Drafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements and wider employment documentation
• Providing clear, commercial advice to clients
• Getting involved in business development and helping to grow the practice
What This Firm Is Looking For
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE in employment law
• Strong contentious experience (advocacy experience is a bonus)
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Confident managing a busy, mixed caseload
• A collaborative, proactive approach and strong client-handling skills
