Employment Solicitor (Part time or Full time), 5+ PQE

£60k - £70k DO.E excellent bonus scheme and benefits

Their clients include international businesses, PR agencies and professional services firms, small business owners, company HR and finance departments, families, politicians and high net-worth individuals.

If you have commercial law experience (shareholder disputes, drafting shareholder agreements, terms of business

The role:

• Managing a caseload of Private and Commercial Clients
• If you have commercial law experience this would be an advantage.
• Shareholder disputes
• Drafting shareholder agreements
• Terms of business

You will be:

• 5 years PQE +
• Dynamic and robust individual
• Have strong employment law experience
• Commercial Law would be an advantage
• Assist with the development of the firm
• Confident as you will be the primary person for the firm in Employment
