Job Opportunity: Employment Solicitor

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available)

Overview:

A respected Glasgow firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established team. The department manages a busy mix of court and tribunal work and offers the chance to contribute to meaningful, varied cases.

Role Requirements:

• Manage a varied caseload of employment and discrimination matters
• Represent clients in tribunal and court proceedings
• Provide clear, practical advice across a range of employment law issues
• Prepare and review documentation to support hearings and settlements
• Work collaboratively within an experienced and supportive team

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year PQE; applications welcome from more experienced Solicitors
• Background in employment law and tribunal advocacy preferred
• Confident handling a busy and varied caseload

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality client service
