Role: Employment Solicitor - Senior / Managing Associate
Overview:
An opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a Top 100 firm in their employment team, advising employers across both the private and public sectors. The role combines high-quality advisory and contentious work with opportunities for leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE, redundancy, and employment tribunal claims.
- Managing complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and drafting.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Proven ability to handle a broad range of employment matters independently.
- Strong technical, client-handling, and communication skills.
- Experience in supervising junior colleagues and supporting team growth.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client development.
