A well-established law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join their highly regarded employment team in South Manchester.

The Role

You'll be working alongside experienced employment lawyers on a varied caseload of predominantly Respondent work, handling both contentious matters (including Employment Tribunal claims) and non-contentious advisory work. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of employment law.

The Opportunity

This represents a genuine route to qualification as a solicitor. The firm's track record speaks for itself – their most junior lawyer joined as a paralegal and successfully progressed through to training contract and qualification within the employment team. For the right candidate with ambition and commitment, this pathway remains very much open.

About You

• Some exposure to employment law is preferable but not essential
• A clear passion for employment law and a well-reasoned explanation of why you want to specialise in this area
• Strong academic background
• A genuine geographical connection to South Manchester
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
