Employment Law | Experienced Paralegal | Mid-Sussex (Must drive)

They're after an ambitious legal professional to step into a key support role, working alongside highly experienced solicitors who primarily advise employers. You'll work closely with senior solicitors across a wide range of sectors, from aviation to construction, retail, financial services, and recruitment.

With strong guidance and access to extensive internal resources, you'll have everything you need to gain solid experience and develop a career in employment law.

As the newest member of a small but expert team, you'll play a vital role in supporting their established employment offering. You'll get consistent mentorship and the opportunity to build your skills quickly in a collaborative environment.

• Preparing tribunal bundles
• Liaising with tribunals
• Drafting settlement agreements
• Gathering client information
• Drafting contracts of employment
• Occasional opportunities to review client handbooks and policies

The team fosters a friendly, supportive culture with clear opportunities for progression. You'll benefit from hands-on guidance while gaining increasing autonomy as your confidence grows.

• Have prior experience in employment law
• Be a paralegal or legal professional aiming for future qualification (SQE, LPC, CILEx, or similar)
