- Employment Law - Snr Role (c.6-10 PQE) Global Consultancy.
Description
Our client, a global consultancy, possesses a market-leading employment team of c.30 fee earners, delivering integrated legal support to leading organisations across sectors. The employment team advise across the full range of employment law with particular strength in workforce change, pay and compliance, complex ER advisory and cross-border projects, and is continuing to invest in senior talent as it grows.
As a Senior Manager, you will be a senior, client-facing employment lawyer leading complex and high-value contentious and non-contentious matters. You will act as a trusted adviser to major clients on restructurings, TUPE, changes to terms and conditions, workforce and pay compliance, investigations and non-financial misconduct, and the employment aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions. The role also involves supervising and developing junior lawyers, managing matters efficiently and profitably, contributing to thought leadership and training, and playing an active role in practice growth through pitches and business development.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with c.6-10 years' PQE gained in a strong employment law practice, bringing deep technical expertise and sound commercial judgement. The firm offers good flexibility, low target hours and excellent progression track.
