We are delighted to be working closely with one of London's most prestigious and highly-regarded West End law firms in their search for an additional mid to senior level employment lawyer (4-6PQE) to join their team
This Employment team is highly rated on legal directories and boasts a varied and attractive client base, ranging from media, sport and film clients, through to larger corporates and clients in the education sector.
This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work autonomously, within a friendly and supportive team environment. This individual can expect a broad diet of respondent-led work, as well some exposure to executive matters. Matters will include generalist advice to clients and leading on employment tribunal claims, as well as exposure to other disputes. Owing to the team's strong reputation, the majority of the work is stand-alone employment issues, with only a small proportion of the work being attributed to corporate support.

The successful candidate will be bright and confident, with strong technical ability, and will possess the soft skills to be able to develop, manage and maintain client relationships.
