Employment Coach – T Level (Digital Pathway)
Location: A thriving and supportive college in Gloucestershire
Contract Type: Temp or Perm (37 hours/week, full-time)
Salary: £26,218.54–£28,088.30 per annum (pro rata)

Are you passionate about preparing young people for the world of work? We're working with a forward-thinking college in Gloucestershire that is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Coach to support learners on T Level programmes, specifically within the Digital sector.

The Role:
You’ll play a vital part in supporting students on their T Level qualification journey by:

• Organising high-quality work placements with local employers
• Helping learners develop essential employability skills
• Building strong employer partnerships
• Ensuring that students complete their required placement hours successfully
• Focusing particularly on the Digital T Level pathway

This is a chance to make a real impact on student success by connecting education with industry in a meaningful way.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who has:

• A proven ability to build positive relationships with employers and organisations
• Experience supporting or working with young people aged 16–18
• A good understanding of T Level programmes (or a willingness to learn)
• Strong Level 2 Maths and English skills

Experience working within educational settings or employability support will be a significant advantage.
