Salary: up to £55,000 | London (multi-site)

LCCA is a modern, student-centred institution committed to developing future talent and creating an inclusive place to work. We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Specialist to lead complex ER activity and partner with leaders across our UK College Division.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures & redundancies

• Guide managers with expert employment law advice

• Deliver ACAS-aligned processes, investigations and outcomes

• Lead organisational change (TUPE, mergers, restructures)

• Manage sensitive exits and liaise with legal advisers

• Update policies, toolkits and HR templates

• Produce monthly ER MI reporting and insights

• Deliver ER training and support performance reviews

• Drive strategic HR projects

What You’ll Bring

• Strong ER background within complex, multi-site environments

• Robust employment law knowledge

• CIPD qualified

• Confident managing change and high-risk activity

• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
