ER Advisor
£40-45k
Hybrid + Swanley office/ national site travel (average of 3dpw)
37.5/week | Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)
A unique opportunity to join a respected industry body in a specialist Employee Relations role. Ideal for someone with a solid HR/ER foundation and a keen interest in employment law and industrial relations to make significant impact within their role whilst receiving excellent mentorship from the Senior HR professional within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical, impartial advice on ER/IR issues received from employees and line managers/employers
- Support dispute resolution and maintain handbook content
- Coordinate regional boards and forums and training events
- Research and simplify complex legal topics for guidance materials
What You'll Bring:
- Study in a relevant field to the role such as Law or HR, CIPD qualified, or working towards
- HR/ER experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Interest in progressing in Industrial Relations
- Commutable to Swanley 2-3 days a week and happy with light national travel
