- Employee Benefits Administrator
Description
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join a growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across pensions and wider employee benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment where attention to detail, organisation, and client care are key.
You’ll be responsible for administering Workplace Pension schemes, Auto-Enrolment processes, and Salary Sacrifice arrangements, as well as supporting a range of other employee benefits including Group Life Assurance, Income Protection, Private Medical, Dental, and Cash Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client, provider, and adviser queries promptly and professionally by email, letter, and phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the internal database, including joiners, leavers, address changes, benefit amendments, and bulk data uploads.
- Manage and issue app launch emails and assist users with login queries.
- Explain transfer processes and liaise with providers to obtain required information.
- Keep clients updated and provide policy summaries and projections.
- Arrange adviser calls where appropriate.
- Generate and track transfer paperwork, liaising with providers until completion.
- Maintain accurate transfer records and ensure clients are kept informed
- Manage joiners and leavers, validate contribution data, and ensure Auto-Enrolment compliance.
- Maintain and update the internal pension database monthly.
- Support employer re-enrolment processes and communicate with employees regarding eligibility and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in pension administration, ideally with workplace pension schemes and Auto-Enrolment.
- Understanding of wider employee benefits such as Group Risk, Private Medical, Dental, and Cash Plans.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident working directly with clients, advisers, and providers.
- Proficient in maintaining databases and managing data processes.
- Proactive and reliable team player with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
