We’re recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a nationally recognised Employment team working with a broad range of employer clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations. This role offers high-quality, varied work in a collaborative and supportive environment, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.
The Role
Managing your own caseload, from advisory matters to Employment Tribunal litigation
Advising employers on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, and senior exits
Supporting corporate and commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions
Running tribunal claims end-to-end, including drafting pleadings and advocacy
Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
Supporting business development and client relationships
About You
5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (might have some flexibility)
Strong experience advising employer clients
Confident managing tribunal claims from start to finish
Experience with TUPE and M&A-related employment issues
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
Collaborative and commercially minded
