This national organisation are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Brand Specialist to join their in-house Recruitment team and head up the EVP Project. You will work with multiple sectors of the business to embed the Employer Brand through the recruitment process. These will include the social media teams, the web designers, the resourcing advisors, line managers and key stakeholders. With experience in recruitment projects and employer brand, you will also have an opportunity to make this contract a permanent role within the organisation. Although you will be based in the Coventry office, you will have flexibility to work a Hybrid work pattern and be in different locations when required.
